NEW Environmental Conference set for April 20

Presenting a new environmental conference by MNCBIA’s Education Committee –

“Evolving a Bay Friendly Community”

Attendees will get up to speed on the current regulatory environment in Maryland and present actual case studies (from Toll Brothers and Bozzuto Homes) incorporating new regulations, including financial and grandfathering impacts.

In addition, a panel of experts (Michelle Desiderio, Green Building Programs, NAHB Research Center, Michael Bell, the bell company, and Chuck Covell, Covell Communities, LLC) will discuss their vision for a Bay Friendly Community.

Also on the agenda are Tom Farasy and Katie Maloney from the Maryland State Builders Association, who will discuss TMDLs plus a Q&A session.
